• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

• All products are shipped directly from our facility in China.
• Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 weeks from the date of dispatch.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Tracking Information

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• We understand that waiting for international shipping can be long. If you have not received your order within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, you are eligible to request a full refund.

• Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Important Notes

• If your order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the local post office first. We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost after delivery confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier strikes.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
